Install new cornices in (new) kitchen bulkhead, repair old ones and plaster parts of the kitchen & laundry ceilings.

Plaster around aircon vent & paint. Small job. Just a fix up job to make it smooth.

Need to replace awning and basin tap.

Ceiling Gyprock jobs : - Remove assisting ceiling (left over from damage) - Reconnect electricity - Install new 10 mm gyprock ceiling with cornice. Size of ceiling : 3 m x 6 m - Finishing the ceiling to be ready for painting

We need someone capable and reliable to take over where our last handyman left off. One wall in the loungeroom needs replacing (gyprock), and a partial ceiling replacement in the kitchen along with other minor patching. Also need a niche created in bedroom wall. Once that is done, we need a full house paint in preparation for house sale.
