Need to get some basic patching done for sale of house. This must be completed within 2 weeks - plaster over manhole and old fan in laundry. - install new man hole in place of old fan in hallway next to laundry - patch 3 cracks - patch 2 x down lights (one over stairs) - try to fix bow in cornice - sand/repatch kitchen damage Understand this is hard to quote off photos so maybe just quote an hourly rate. I’ll reimburse materials
