After a neat, clean finish with no visible defects. - Patch a hole from an old vacuum pipe + repair a number of small plaster issues around the garage (most of them are on the photos) - Minor dents, cracks and marks in various spots - Prep & paint walls (Dulux Natural White) and ceiling – even, tidy finish, which look clean with no patch marks showing Garage has a fresh epoxy floor, so it must be fully covered and left undamaged. Dismantled awning after I clipped a branch and it sprang open. Bracket still in place. Fiamma 45 model. It needs to be reinstalled.

Gyprock ceiling and plaster repairs

Removal of some existing plasterboard, removal front part of false fireplace ledge, replace with villaboard to line around an electric fireplace so it looks built into wall, villaboard for fireplace to sit on. Blank off 1 x power point and 1 x light switch for bathroom renovation. Install garage light, one for one.
