I need a licensed electric to install a new power point next to the toilet in my ensuite bathroom - this is for a new toilet seat that requires a 220-240V power outlet. Not sure if it matters but there are other existing power outlets in the ensuite already, just not one next to the toilet. I have the outlet bought and ready to go. The existing timber verandah railings are rotting and need to be replaced. The existing design is upright timber with a breadloaf along the top. The posts are ok. Flooring is timber. We want a simple criss cross pattern. Not sure of the material to be used whether to go with timber again or aluminium, depending on pricing. It's a long verandah with returns at each end.

The supporting beam under the slatted awning in the photos is rotten and needs to be replaced. A whole piece should be running from one post to the other. I can do the painting myself, I just need the timber replaced. The job can be done on these dates: 9-10-11th of January.

Hi Brisbane Awning Installalers, We need help with installing 3 folding arm awnings at our place in Victoria Point. Awning details: Awning #1 - 3.0m wide x 2.5m projection Awning #2 - 5.0m wide x 2.5m projection Awning #3 - 3.5m wide x 2.5m projection Attached photo of the house where 5m wide awning to go in the middle section and 3m wide and 3.5m wide awnings on either side. Awning #1 is already installed on the fascia using rafter fascia brackets. However we realise it would be better to have them a but higher, so we need this awning to be installed on roof mount brackets so that it is installed on the roof for having more height. Also, other two awnings will need to be mounted on the roof using roof mount brackets. Listing price is just for the purpose of to have installer come out to have a look and provide a proper quote before going ahead. I have attached the photo of the Awning#1 that's already installed, the other two awnings will be the same but in different sizes as mentioned above. Also attached a picture of roof mount brackets for reference and photo of the side of the house where awnings needs to be installed. Please note: we are sourcing our awnings, so we only need help with installation and maybe with roof brackets but happy to consider going with the ones a per suggestion for our situation. Thanks
