We have built an outdoor barbecue/kitchen area out of brick on our veranda. Although most will eventually be stone clad , i’m wanting it rendered first. My estimate is that it is about 14 square metres. (ignore the ticks and crosses on the pics. These show what areas will ultimately be stone clad and which will remain exposed render). Not sure on the colour but it would be something grey/ cream/beige. Would like price to include both the render and the labour. I don’t know if this helps, but we have heaps of yellow/brickies sand available. Would need to be careful of our timber decking. (We do have a roll of cardboard sheet if this helps). Would like done as soon as possible.

Quote please. Need to build brick planter box wall around tree, see images. All plants/soil etc will be removed. I will supply materials/bricks etc. wall will need to be heavily waterproofed and then rendered and painted. Highest point of wall: 50cm (Driveway side). Lowest point of wall: 20cm (Path side). Total box Size: 3mt x 2.5mt.

Two awnings on side of house, need to be removed from external wall so windows can be painted above. The awnings will need to be reinstalled a few days later at a time that suits you. Owner of the house is nervous about wall being damaged so the removal and reinstallation needs to be smooth.

Supply and install 1sqm of 10mm plasterboard to level 4 finish, sanded and ready for painting. This 1sqm is currently a skylight to be removed. Plenty of space to work in, no other trades on site. Flexible times.

Section of external wall render is letting water in - needs repair

Hello there, we want to finish the rendering g of our house. The back is already rendered and now we renovating the side and front. See attached photos. Roughly 150 sqm mainly around veranda and small wall. We want to use coloured acrylic render. Not sure about price so please adjust as you see fit. - Due date: Flexible
