Our garage ceiling had roof leaks from the storm. The roof leaks have been fixed and now looking to fix up the ceiling etc. The patching work is also required in other rooms.. Happy to arrange a quote visit as we are coated in Calamvale.

Main task is some plastering and painting to patch up some holes from a ground-floor ceiling fan install. 7 circular holes were cut out of the ceiling, and the cutouts were retained and are intact. Hi, We had a vent (see photo) that was pulled out to clean and in doing there was considerable damage to the surrounding wall. Looks like a combination of poor installation and . . time. Friend though he could plaster it up and it would be 'no problem' but things didn't go to plan. It's just plain worse now. The vent has a width of 250 mm and the clip on brackets fit a 235 mm hole. The hole was around 235. Looking for someone who can fix what needed to be done and what was subsequently done. Whether that is installing a replacement or working with this existing one.
