The Job Includes: -Build of flatpack canopy and Storage box -Installation of the aluminium canopy -Fitting the passenger-side storage box accessory. -Ensuring all seals are weather-tight and locks are correctly aligned. - Requires Sealant Note: No complex electrical wiring is required for this build. Need switch replaced for awning. Switch is removed. Will need to source new switch and install and I understand the cost of the switch will be additional.

Please do not accept if the job cannot be completed by Saturday 31st of August. Ideally if the job can be done on Thurs 29 and/or Fri 30 August that would be great. The render was repaired yesterday and is drying today. Painting the render repair is the main priority. If time allows, there are secondary tasks like painting over hairline cracks and fixing flaking paint on a cornice or two. See images for more details.

Job absolutely needs to be complete by Saturday 31st of August 2024 at the latest so please don’t accept if you can’t do it by this date. I was going to do this job myself using CSR topping compound however I ran out of time. Just need the cracks filled with topping compound, then sanded and then painted with matching paint please.

Assembly of a 4 person outdoor traditional sauna

I need gyprocker replaced 2000x1500 x2 on large wall x2 cut outs set and sanded then paint whole wall mirrors have been put on either side of the TV and I have to remove them and damage behind mirrors when I remove them only need to be patched but worst-case replaced Chiprock. I will send through photos of the mirrors that were placed next to ton either side. So there are two mirror that I put up on wall about 2.1x1.4 (x2) and when I take them down the wall is going to be ruined as l used liquid nails so either replace the gyprock behind it and and set and sand plus paint Wall is 7mx2.7

I've got some damage to a plasterboard wall in my garage, caused by car towball! I need somebody to come and repair and plaster over it.

A small portion (roughly 1x1m) of the ceiling in a room has been affected by moisture. Require qualified and insured trade to replace the affected section + the cornice in that same section. Also require the Tasker to paint the affected area (normal ceiling white paint provided). Expectation would be painting the patched area as required, then 1 coat on the full roof (3x3.9) to blend it. Note that this is on the top level of a duplex and you cannot fit in the roof cavity above the section. Please note that while the gyrock section is down, a pest control person will be throwing a bait in the roof - will not affect your work, they just need 2mins to place a bait. *I previously posted this task, but for some reason my account is not being recognised.
