I have purchased a new toilet seat that I want replaced. I also want a general clean of the apartment (not end of lease level)

Hi, I need the old toilet seat removed and then will go with to Bunnings to purchase new one ( unless you can instruct me what to buy based on measurements and images) and then need to attach it. Also need an old soap holder removed from wall in shower. It’s rusted so could be tricky. Need to buy new fixture at Bunnings that fits exactly and need it to be installed. Again can accompany you to Bunnings to purchase new fixture or if you can work out exact dimensions I can purchase before.

I need help removing two old, rusted wing nuts that are holding my toilet seat in place. I’ve already tried INOX MX3 lubricant, but they won’t budge. Please refer to the attached pictures. Once the nuts are removed and the toilet seat comes off, I can install the bidet myself — no need to help with that part. I live in a rental, so please be careful not to damage the toilet itself. Also I do not want to replace the toilet seat — I just want to reuse it. In case cutting the nuts is necessary, please make sure the seat can still be used, and install replacement nuts to secure it again. Repair toilet seat - has come off hinges

I need a toilet seat removed. It is a bottom fixing and has locking nuts on it that I can't remove. It needs a socket wrench or shifter that can reach in over the very long bolt and remove it. See images attached.

Fix toilet seat as well remove skirting board beneath kitchen island

I can’t figure out how to measure and get a replacement toilet seat from Bunnings. Help please ! You would need to come and measure it, go buy the seat and then replace it. Thanks
