Have new toilet seat to install, but old toilet seat difficult to remove as I don't have the right tools. Bolt surrounded by plastic that won't move by hand, and too deep to use pliers or wrench. Job is to remove old seat, and install new seat. Photo shown of bottom side of bolts on existing seat, and a photo of new seat. Will be home Fri 10:10 onwards, prefer done early from then on if possible as need to go out again later.

We have a loose toilet seat downstairs and it doesn’t look at simple as siliconing it because the holes are far too big for where the connecting bits go in. Please first advise what needs to be done

My house has three toilets. All need new seats. (I had bought one new seat and someone installed it, but it fell apart in a few days. I really need someone to come, have a look and then buy and fit three new seats. I am too old to manage this myself, unfortunately. Need a handy-man or plumber to fit an estilo soft close toilet seat. The toilet seat dimensions definitely fit the size of the toilet, but when trying to fit this myself it seemed that either the screws were too short or the expansion nut was also not effective. I would advise bringing different screws or larger nut expansion pieces if you have them. It might be fine though
