Install of Cefito Electric Bidet Toilet Seat which has all parts needed

We have a loose toilet seat on one of our toilets, just needs a quick fix.

I can’t get the current screws out and it also can’t be tightened. The current anchor is turning with the screw, it might need to be cut to be removed. A toilet seat is already purchased and ready to go. The job is really getting the current screws and bolts out.

The existing automatic toilet seat need to be removed and putting the non-automatic seat back. No need purchase any material, See photo for details
