Loose hinges need fixing or replacing

I'm fed up with the toilet seat in this place and need one that won't get loose and fall apart. Are there any home improvement people or plumbers here that can help?? Will pay separately for the seat. Note that the task is obtaining a NEW toilet seat, not just screwing in the old one, so it falls apart again in a few weeks.

Toilet seat is loose and needs to be either tightened or replaced. The seat slides off to one side when you sit on it and I think the hinge is broken. Shower door is glass and swings in and out on a hinge. The splash guard at the bottom of the shower is missing and I think the weight of the door has caused the top hinge to become loosened a bit because the door now is on a slight an angle and won’t swing inwards anymore. Also a small glass shelf in the shower has come loose and needs a new screw.

Need help replacing toilet seat cover. The old ones hinges are too difficult for me to remove (rusted and awkward space) - I also don’t have the tools. I also need to remove back seat from van as I am about to convert it. Again I don’t have the tools.

Hinge / bolts snapped on soft close toilet seat. Supplier sent replacement parts that didn’t work. The sliding doors of the wardrobe are misaligned from the rails. If possible to adjust them properly. Also the toilet seat is not connected on one side of the seat to the bowl with a screw. See photos

I have an old towel rail, toilet roll holder and toilet seat that I would like replaced. I have tried to find replacement towel rail and toilet roll holders but I can’t get the measurements right when I have ordered online and Bunnings doesn’t stock the sizing or attachments I need to avoid drilling new holes (I’m renting). Need expert in bathroom accessories who can help with proper sizing and sourcing as well as installation once they arrive.
