We were advised it’s the Pressure Limiting Valve which is leaking and needs to be fixed. Need someone qualified to get this fixed at my mums place. It’s at Mardi/near Tuggerah. Hello - I am in desperate need of an experienced team to address moisture issues in one of my bathroom walls (not entire bathroom). There are no major structural damages, nor relocation of plumbing is required, however I need help to address: * remediate waterproofing the moisture on one side of the bathroom wall (address rotten studs, mould remediation) to ensure it is compliant with NSW waterproofing standards * replace toilet x 2 (in this bathroom and the spare) * replace vanity * cover and close skylight (pictures show damage by branch on roof) * tile patching / partial retiling (only on affected wall, not entire bathroom) * minor painting/plaster repair The house is empty atm so I am flexible for you to spend 1-2 weeks working on to get all this remediated. One of our filter housings split, so I removed it and reconnected the filter system to run off just 2, the new 3rd housing needs to be installed along with 3 new filters and 2 new O'ring seals for the other 2 filter housings. I do not require the UV lamp to be done as I have disconnected it and prefer the system to run without it. The unit is under the house but access to the unit is easy from the side. It requires to be unscrewed and lowered for the repairs, then screwed back up to the flooring. There are 2 water cut off taps on either side of the unit so the pump shouldn't need to be turned off but can be turned off if needed which is right next to the filter unit. The housing is the last filter before entering the house so it will need to be installed back into the same place.

Just need to replace this mixer with another. Appropriate qualifications required
