Replace hot water unit leaking water

I need a counter top dishwasher installed. There’s no fitting for the dishwasher to have water without the sink not being in use. Also a hole needs to be drilled in sink top.

I have bought some modern taps for my shower/kitchen. Needing someone who won't whinge throughout the short job. Good bucks.
