Leaks in a bathroom sink pipe and a leak in a custom made stone sink. The custom stone sink leak is between the timber and stone in the photo. Timber will need to be removed/ replaced most likely. Need someone local to Terrigal.

Have dissembled the tap, removed the original cartridge, and its ready to go, but I attempted to fit 3 times, and it's still leaking water. Have the original part, the replacement (from bunnings https://www.bunnings.com.au/kinetic-35mm-mixer-tap-raised-cartridge_p0568626) tried 3 times, should be straightforward, but not so much.

TOILET 1) Install replacement toilet seats (x2). REQUIREMENTS: 1) Must be a certified/licensed plumber. 2) Provide all tools and materials (except Taps, toilet seats and the water filter system, which will be supplied). 3) Work to be completed neatly and to a high standard.

There keeps to be a tiny stream that causes noise and wastes water, however I am not able to lift the lid of the tank.
