It is my late grandfathers house, as far as i know most funiture has been removed, besides a large and very heavey couch and some random tables..my auntie had been living there for the past 3 years though, with a dog, which has devastatingly left the carpets damaged and leaving a strong smell through a once beautiful home. Iv been told there is lots of paper work/furniture rubbish scattered in my grandfathers room all over the floor also. The gardens are overgrown and im assuming the house will need a very thorough clean, and will most likley need to be done by more then one person. I live in a different state and dont have access to photos at the moment, or the availability to get to nsw myself unfortunately. I dont have much information other than what the estate lawyer has told me. The house has been completely vacant for over a month now. Happy to negotiate on price, we just need options so we can get the house ready for sale. The house is 3 bedrooms, a big down stairs garage, gated front yard and smallish backyard patio (the small back deck is damaged). There is a bathroom (bath/shower) and seperate toilet. And a ensuite in the main bedroom. Kitchen and dining area, small living are near the kitchen and a large loungroom with a fireplace. There is a staircase that goes down to a void type area and the gargage also. There is a front entrance and side entrance, so you can park in the driveway, garage or on the street to avoid having to go up and down stairs. It has been extremely difficult to find out our pops house has been left like this and and a friend had recommended i post here as we have no family or friends in NSW who can help.
