Excavate under house with jackhammer, mattic, shovel etc. Wheelbarrow excavated dirt/rock 25 metres slightly downhill . Approx 25 cubic metres. All tools provided. Job is much more efficient and easy with 2-3 people. May take multiple days. Happy to organise dates around you. - Due date: Flexible

She does the clean in under 2 hours not including washing and drying. House is on 3 levels I'm not sure about the price so I've put down a very low figure and we'll take it from there. Could be an opportunity for the right person to clean a second Airbnb house nearby.
