Hi there, I’m looking to book a thorough spring clean for my small home (about 61 m²). Access is via 60 exterior steps, so please only respond if that’s manageable for you. What needs doing Kitchen (deep clean): • Stove, oven (quite bad), air-fryer, rangehood, fridge exterior, splashbacks, sink & taps. • Outside of all white cupboards (lots of fingerprints / scuffs) • Benchtops, tiled grout, light switches, skirting boards Bathroom (deep clean): • Shower screen, tiles & grout, vanity, mirror, toilet, fan • Descale taps & fittings, polish chrome Living room, bedroom, office, spare room: • Dust & wipe all surfaces, furniture, shelves, skirtings, light fittings • Vacuum & mop floors, including under furniture where accessible • Spot-clean walls, door frames and handles • Whole house & exterior touch-ups: • Interior windows & sills, window tracks, and sliding-door tracks • Wipe all interior doors (front & back) and wardrobe doors • Cobweb removal from corners and ceilings • Final rubbish removal / bin liners replaced • Sweep the top deck to clear leaves and sand Please bring your own non-toxic products and equipment. Pets on site: We have two friendly dogs and a cat who will be wandering around. I can keep them in the office with me if it's helpful whilst you do your part and then we can swap. As a separate cost, I have a couch which needs a really thourough clean, it's got lots of pet stains on it, sand in it, etc. If you have the stuff for this kind of clean, let me know a cost for that too.
