CLEANING TO BE DONE TODAY (MON, 29 JAN) OR TOMORROW (TUES, 30 JAN); Semi-modern townhouse with tile (downstairs) and wooden floorboard foooring (upstairs) to be cleaned for end of lease. Main bathroom has already been cleaned, and some areas have already been spot cleaned. Vacuuming, mopping, cleaning of kitchen (inc oven clean, which is mostly clean already) and bathroom cupboards and drawers etc, inside windows, two balconies (also mostly clean already), and all surfaces inc. spot cleaning of walls if there are marks (gumption is amazing, and can be supplied if needed). Expect should take 4hrs max all up. My current cleaner is unavailable and normally cleans the whole house in 2hrs, and maintains blinds m, skirtings, windows etc hence 4hrs should be plenty of time. All cupboards and wardrobes in the new house need inside and out wipe out to remove any residual dust from the build. This is in kitchen, butlers pantry, linen cupboards , garage storage cupboards, walk in wardrobes and the laundry cupboards. A few windows need a clean in the Bathrooms and the floors need a mop in the house. The house is quite clean but I need the residual dust wiped out. The tiled areas in the 3 bathrooms will just need the tiles wiped over rather than being scrubbed as they are completely new and just need dust removal. The house has already been cleaned twice before by the builder but I’m the new owner and would like it cleaned for the dust etc a bit more thorough. It is not a messy new build.
