I have a kitchen renovation and need the old sink taps disconnected. It is plumbed into the wall directly to the tap. Am looking to have them changed over to a hot and cold under sink shut off valve that I can attach a new sink mixer to. Will need to change over the cabinet also which I can try to do at the same time so the taps are installed on the inside of the cabinet or will need them capped off until the cabinet can go in. I also will need the bathroom vanity taps changed over the same way as they are plumbed into the wall. Will be replacing the vanity also. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 29th Jan 2022

The tap has loosened in the bathroom and needs to be screwed back down. When the water is turned on too hard the tap pops up and water sprays everywhere in the cupboard underneath. See photos for reference
