We’re looking for an experienced and reliable builder who has worked with soundproofing before to help reduce noise in our Pilates studio. What needs to be done: - Fill and seal any gaps in the ceiling to prevent sound from travelling between spaces - Cover gap above window and fill with insulation batts - Install polyester acoustic blankets to 60m2 of the ceiling - potentially cover pipes to reduce sound further Optional/ but preferred: skills in painting as the ceiling and tops of the walls will need to be painted. (Flexi vents are longer attached to the ceiling). Electrical - removing old cords and installing new track lights. Budget can be discussed upon booking.

I would like sound proofing added to a downstairs office on the ceiling. I can supply the soundproofing material (but open to advice on this). The room is a large office - about 3m * 4.8m. The ceiling is the floorboards from upstairs.

Install approx 24m2 of sound proofing foam on walls as per attached images. All sound proofing foam, glue and double sided tape is provided. All areas are accesible by small ladder which is also provided. Some cutting of the foam will be required to fit neatly. I'm looking for someone who has good ttention to detial so it looks neat and performs well.
