Some spider webs present however area has been pest sprayed. Will need own battery powered lighting/Torch and PPE. Insulation, strapping, stapler and staples provided. Hoping to replicate section of house already completed.

This is two stories house however gutter clean is needed once a year. Most of the time, the roofer use ladder to access level one and then access level 2. Job require clean gutter, check the roof tiles , air blow leaves on the tiles and take photos after the job.

When rain heavily, water leaks out of ducted aircon. It was fixed a few years ago by a handyman, briefly mentioned a crack somewhere on the roof and patched up. Unsure where it was. It started happening again recently.

Got a tree stretching over the gutter and leaving lots of small leaves. Need a trim on the branches on the tree, especially over the gutter area. Also need to clear out the gutter for piled leaves and put down mesh. Mesh provided. Images are just taken and uploaded. Tks for showing the interest. Please note the blue section is a must to be removed since its above the gutter. The green areas highlighted needs trimming to keep it balanced. The green waste can be left onsite, but need cut down into pieces and organise.
