Rebooking task between James and Am and Henry

We noticed a possible roof leak during the rain today. From inside the house, we can hear a dripping sound coming from the ceiling near the edge of the room. There is no obvious water coming through the ceiling at the moment, but it sounds like water may be dripping inside the roof/ceiling cavity. The person may need to access the roof space above the ceiling to inspect where the water is coming from. Looking for someone experienced with roof leaks to: • Inspect the roof and roof space / ceiling cavity • Identify where the water is getting in • Check roof tiles, flashing and gutters if required • Advise what repairs are needed and provide a quote / repair it if possible Would prefer someone who can attend soon, especially while the weather is wet, as it may be easier to identify the source of the leak. Please let me know your availability and whether your offer includes the inspection/call-out fee.

Repair a leaky colorbond roof possibly rusted.

Cutting tree braches hanging over the roof

The interior black visor of my sunroof is no longer working. I need to either pay for an entire new shade and have you install it or fix the current sunshade. It just doesn’t open or close anymore seems like the springs are not working as I know mechanically it’s good as it was just serviced. It’s both front and back that doesn’t work. The glass roof still opens.

Hi can you pay here? Thanks

To build my gable roof garden shed. The dimensioms are 3m x 2.25m and to be fixed to concrete platform which is already built in my backyard. The shed was bought from Easyshed and delivered already, but just need help with installation.

i would like to seek quote for a 2 storey house gutter guard install, also include one-off gutter clean before install , i want a standard install , around 15m* 15m size gutter.

Pergola repair and roof replacement job. The rear pergola gutter has come off during recent rain and has been removed. The gutter itself can be reused, so this part of the job is to refit and secure the existing gutter back in place. The pergola structure is solid overall, but the current transparent roof needs to be replaced. The plan is to remove the existing roofing and install new Colorbond sheets. We’d like a combination of Woodland Grey Colorbond (to match the house and existing gutters) along with some transparent sections to allow natural light through. Approximate size of the pergola roof is 6m (width) x 4m (depth). Scope: • Refit and secure existing gutter (using current gutter) • Remove current transparent roofing • Supply and install new Colorbond roofing (mix of Woodland Grey and some transparent panels) • Use existing pergola structure (no major structural changes required) Looking for someone experienced with pergola/roofing work who can advise on materials and complete the job cleanly.

Replace circa 23m of back guttering and 2mtr of fascia, and repair 1mtr of eaves. Replace 2mtr of side cladding with timber.
