Hi, I need a qualified roof tiler to replace a broken roof tile on my house in Beecroft, Sydney NSW. I have matching spare tiles available on-site. The tile is completely broken and located in the middle section of roof. Single tile replacement only, but please check surrounding tiles for any other damage. Roof is two storey. Must have own ladder, safety equipment, and insurance.

Either a cracked roof tile or dislodged grout. Water is then flowing down the sarking and pooling in the verandah ceiling and leaking onto the outside tiles. The roofline is not steep and there are solar panels in place however the damaged section of the roof is easily accessible. Single storey. I have spare tiles but no grout mix.
