After someone to finish the job from the last AirTasker - clean out the gutters on a 3x2 house. PLEASE READ: Last AirTasker was able to clean out one side apparently, but said that the rest of it required a vacuum, as the space was too tight between the gutter opening and the patio. He didn’t have the vacuum available and couldn’t complete the job. The patio only connects on one side of the house so I would assume the remaining gutter can be cleaned without a vacuum. Would like to have the down pipes checked as well - haven’t had any issues with blockage so far, but we just want to check that they’re not on their way to being blocked in the near future. Must have the vacuum required, your own ladder, gear, insurance etc

Tree in front yard, easy access, needs pruning to below gutter height. Cuttings removed please. Small gutter, approx 4 metres cleaned and associated roof valley cleaned if needed. Gutter shown in attached photo, tree looks bigger in photo, probably around 10 metres best guess if that. Wasn’t sure on price.

I have a small roof leak which appears to be coming from the bracket which holds on my solar panels (my builder has checked and there are no cracked tiles). The solar panels have been on for more than 8 years and the leak has just started. Therefore require a roof repairer who can remove the solar panel, fix the leak and then reinstall the solar panel. House is single storey with tile roof.
