Our veranda roof at the back of the house leaks during heavy rain. The back roof is sloping towards the house rather than towards the outside gutter. The gutter above is discharging onto this roof as well, which in heavy rain can not cope with the amount of flow. We need to replace the roof sheets and pack underneath to provide a slight fall to the outside gutter. A new downpipe to the outside gutter to run along the side wall and into the existing downpipe has to be installed also. Happy to provide materials for installation.

I need someone with experience to clean, check the roof if any leaking, then paint whole roof. Currently, roof has solar panels installed. Also, clean the gutter around.

The colour seen in the pictures is not loose rust. It's a darker colour as I already treated the light rust with rust converter. 6. Roof is strong and can easily be worked on. 7. Contractor to supply all equipment and supplies. 8. It's a galvanised Roof - cliplocked. Area - 20-25 m2.

I just recently found out that my ceiling is not fully insulated. It is a duplex, so ceiling space is not too big. I bought 12 pieces of the insulation batts which needs to be installed. Available Mon-Thurs. 8.30am-4.00pm.
