Ceilings r 5.0 Ceilings raked. 2.7m on low side to approx 4m at the highest point Mobile scaffold will be provided Job needs to be completed to a high standard, builder will be double checking all work. Plans available.

Need to install approx 17 m of gutter (materials supplied) Install valley and box gutter to new roof see photos (you/I will supply) Seal up new to old roof sections Provide certificate by lic plumber Scaffolding in place

Approx 10 m length of gutter on second story to be cleared of leaves and supplied gutter guard to be fitted. Need own ladder(s)

I need someone to install tiles to section of roof. Approximately 30-40 sqm to be installed. Ridge capping. Tiles on site and other materials supplied. You need your own safety railing and tools. Open to quotes. Expect 2-3 days work.

Ensuite renovation - need shower area screeded, waterpoofed and tiled. Tiles are combination of natural stone and zellige tiles. We are installing 2m2 of underfloor electric heating, this will need to be levelled prior to waterproofing and tiling.

Need someone to please disconnect and take down my old hot water solar panels off my roof and take them away.
