Need help getting a drill bit out of a drywall it is stuck deep in a wad of insulation

There is a small gap where my roof adjoins the neighbour's roof. The gap and part of the party wall need sealing. Single storey house. The gap is just behind where the electrical pipe goes into the neighbour's house. It looks like the roofers tried to fill it with filler some years ago. There is also a gap between my house and the neighbour's house, about 1 meter long, which needs to be covered.

Large tree overhanging back roof to be cut back and overgrown bushes on side of house to be trimmed. Garden waste to be taken away as it’s a fair amount of cuttings and won’t fit in green waste bin. Chainsaw probably needed for overhanging tree

We had the roof/gutter repaired but the water had damaged the four corners of the balcony roof which we need to patch and repair before the painters come. We also have four lose floor tiles which we need to stick down.

Repair a 2-3 m section on a ridge cap (tiles) with new pointing. Access is to building is flat and it’s a single storey dwelling. The building is 1920 sandstone and the roof is red tile in moderate to old condition. Experience and a gentle approach in dealing with older buildings would be preferable. Budgeting half day repair but could be done quicker with prior experience. Check and repair any other small capping problems as seen on the day. Parking available.

One section of Gutter approximately 5 m in length. Just needs to be checked for potential blockage with leaves and cleared if needed.

We believe this vent is fixed badly and needs to be redone, now causing leak, probably should do the gutters too all around the house (including under gutter guard)

Hi, Am looking for a qualified roofer, roof plumber or builder etc to clean gutters and down pipes on a 2 story house in the lower north shore. Just had a large tree removed and as such there would be quite an amount of build up in the gutters and pipes. Footprint of the house not huge, but roof is little steep so would likely need a harness etc. Roof from the front of the house id ~8m high but given its built into a slope the back is lower for access. May look at having gutters replaced if too damaged etc. Regards, Carl

Have a possum living in the roof, we've tried using a security camera and getting a possum catcher to no avail. We're reasonably sure which side of the house it is getting in for but need someone to check and find it from the outside and help block access for the possum - Due date: Flexible

The ducting in the roof space for the ventilation fan in the ensuite bathroom has water pooled in it. I envisage the steps needed are as follows, 1. climb in roof space and inspect ducting 2. climb ladder in ensuite bathroom to inspect access to water via the ventilation fan. 3. purchase appropriate tubing from Bunnings 4. climb ladder in ensuite bathroom to insert one end of tubing into into water in ducting via the ventilation fan 5. put other end of tubing in bucket/sink/drain in ensuite bathroom 6. siphon water from duct into bucket/sink/drain via tubing 7. clean up.
