We’re looking for someone to repair and waterproof our shower base after a leak. We have already removed the floor tiles and the first row of wall tiles around the base. A couple of small sections of the sheeting came away with the tiles, so they need patching before waterproofing. What we need: - Patch/repair damaged sheeting where tiles were removed - Waterproof shower base area - Retile shower floor and first row of wall tiles (we can supply materials) Looking for someone experienced with bathroom waterproofing and tiling. Ideally looking for someone who can do the job as soon as possible - needs to be done by 17th December.

There is black mould on the ceiling of my ground floor unit. It is approximately 20m2, and was caused by not allowing enough ventilation through the house. I need the ceilings treated and the rooms fogged. The ceilings are about 8-10 feet tall

The metal awing cover has corroded and the two pieces that joint to make up the right hand corner have come apart. The end pieces of this cover hold the awning in place so it can roll up and down. The two pieces need to be (cleaned up and) spot welded back together or a bracket placed (or rivetted) so the two metal pieces stay together and are able to hold the awning in place once more. The attached photos will hopefully help give you a visual on what is required. It should be simple for people with the right equipment or have done this before.

Some gutter guard is not sitting under the roof tiles, as it should. Needs to be tucked under. May need a small piece to be "stitched in" , in order to reach the second tile. Open to suggestions, and advice. Not sure what is a fair price. Let me know.
