We’re after a clean finish similar to neighbour’s cream cladding (see photos). Some timber beams look water-damaged/rotted and may need removed or replacement also (photo attached). Walls approx: • Back: 2500mm W x 1930mm H • Side: 3200mm W x 1870mm H Quote to measure everything up, and include materials + labour. Open to advice on best fix.

Hello! We have water seeping from the grass and through the lower brickwork into our garage floor during rain. Looking for someone experienced in brickwork/waterproofing to assess and fix the issue. Likely needs repointing, sealing etc but will take your professional advice.
