I have roughly 36 square metres of ceiling insulation roof batts that I need put into the garage ceiling. I have the batts already, there is a manhole in the garage. It is a standard pitch roof.

2 tasks required: - Task 1 - install a double curtain holder rod into a stud in a steel frame house. We already have the rod (250cm) and rod holder (see photos) that need to be screwed into the walls. But do not have the right screws needed for the steel frame. - Task 2 - we have installed a security camera above our garage. It comes with a mini solar panel that needs to be attached to our colorbond roof so it can charge the solar camera. This task involves attaching the mini solar panel (size of my hand - see pictures) to the roof.

I need someone to clean the gutters from the 2nd storey roof. Very steep incline. Needs to have a ladder that can go from lower level all the way tot the 2nd storey roof as access to roof is very difficult.

I have an outside aviary which is 2x2x2metres high. I have snakeproof mesh to attach to it but just not finding the time to do it. I have cut the mesh already and it is very loosely attached to the cage, but just need someone to maybe cut it a bit more perfectly in some spots and then attach it very tightly (animals can escape some parts of the cage easily and also need to prevent snakes getting in). Not sure what the best way is to attach, I have used cable ties before lol but am sure there is a better way. Think job will take a few hours. Am negotiable on price
