I have a high set timber house and require the gutters cleaned, old leaf mesh to be removed , and new gutter guard to be installed. The previous mesh installed had dropped into the gutter and needs to be removed. It is not screwed down so should be easily removed, then the debris removed and new gutter guard installed. Looking to get my Starlink mounted to my roof. I am wanting it mounted above the garage. I have purchased roof mount for it and attachment.

I have an approximate 3m length of existing guttering (circled in red) that needs to be replaced. I think it also needs to be extended such that it properly captures water running off the roof at the gable front edge. For years we've had a downpour at the ground level when it rains. The closest match I have been able to find is Qld Stramit Quad but its not 100% perfect so I'm not sure if a replacement "section" could be successfully re-joined with the existing section (in blue). Else the red and blue sections both may need replacement.

Gutter replacement and flashing installation

There is an opening in the roof of the one-story house. There is a leak from the opening in the roof. Need to apply roof sealant around the opening.

Obtain services location diagram required for excavation through nature strip / pathways. Concrete cut section of pathway at the right hand side of the property in preparation for excavation work. Jackhammer and remove concrete pathway section. Excavate trench from the front right hand corner to the existing kerb outlet. Supply and installation of a length of 100mm PVC to connect the exisiting down pipe to the street. Bed pipework using required drainage gravel to provide adequate fall to street. Backfill all works with exisiting site soil and remove waste concrete from site.

I’m looking to have a small section of my fascia and soffit repaired. It is a double story house with timber fascia and fibre cement soffit. It looks like the barge cap on end rafter timber was too short, allowing water to get behind gutter and leaking into eave destroying the softwood dress timber. I'll be replacing the gutter shortly so looking to have this completed prior
