I’ve attached photos and explained each task below. ⸻ Task 1 – Water tank outlet leaking (Photos 1 & 2) The outlet connection on my water tank has an issue. • It does not leak normally, but leaks when the tank is full. • The tank itself is NOT cracked. • Looks like a seal / gasket / fitting or screw issue. I need this checked and fixed, either resealed or replaced if needed. ⸻ Task 2 – Move stormwater / downpipe (Photo 3) There is a section of stormwater pipe that is currently working fine, but I would like to move or adjust its position. Reason: • This area will have concrete later, and • I will be installing a solar battery here, so the pipe is in the way. The vertical pipe may or may not need to be changed – happy to follow your advice after inspection. ⸻ Please quote including materials.

The original roof is wearing out so need to replace the room. It’s roughly the size of 7x4m. Price is for labour only.

Install a tv antenna on the roof of our house. I think there is a cable and someone may have cut it. House is two stories. Would need to supply the outdoor antenna and cable.

The roof of the room is leaking when the rain is very heavy, and I believe this is due to the tiles at the edge of the roof being shorter than normal tiles. Could you please provide a quote for labor and materials to fix the leak? I've attached photos for your reference.

Gutters need cleaning (relatively a lot of leaves and gunk in them). Single storey, sloped tile roof. Easy access by ladder for most parts. There are two sections where access is tricky, because of pergola, one section (~6m) can be done from the ground with ladder, the 2nd require going on the roof (the gutter is in between the house's roof and the pergola, kind of like a valley and access to the gutter is narrow and harder). Pls find included pictures of the hard to reach areas. Some gutters require fixing / replacing so if you fix gutters we can discuss this as well.

can I also ask if the bubbles are formed (see photos) due to gutter not being cleaned ?
