We're looking to pull down our existing carport and replace it with a double carport. This job will be to pull down the existing carport, and replace the fascia and guttering to link in with the fascia and gutters that exist next to the current carport. Some complications are that several beams from the carport (that the colorbond carport roof is fixed to) run into the house roof and attach to the joists in there. The purlings for the roof tiles where the carport currently is may need to be replaced as well. I am thinking this is a 3 days woth of work for 2 guys. This includes pulling down the old carport, removing the demolition waste, and installing new fascia and guttering (about 5.5 linear meters). I am happy to offer $3500 for the job, but I will consider counter-offers close to this as well. - Due date: Flexible
