Hi I need a new roof designed. I need plans and a survey to submit to council and to use for quotes. I need a whole new roof with a different height pitch to give more attic space. I also would like the new roof to cover the Alfresco area which the current roof doesn’t. We currently have tile, I’d prefer a corrugated roof for the new one. I’m looking for the plans to be drawn up and the roof designed. I want three sets of drawings 1. A simple new roof plan for a 36 degree pitch and gable walls. 2. The same but with add ons that mean I can convert it in the future if I have more resources later on. The add ons are I’d it to have natural light through whatever the council will allow like gable windows and deluxe or a dormer window. Plumbing brought up to the middle front and rear of the roof space so a bathroom and art sink could be added later. 3. The same as no.2 but with a stairs included. One possible place is in the store room space. The interior wall to the garage may need to be moved to allow for the space needed for stairs. Thanks.

Have a couple of leaks in roof of old house. One I believe from install of air con unit from previous owner. One that is coming through a skylight.

Clear gutters of leaves/dirt and place waste in green waste bin. Front of house only, see pics.

Water still coming in somewhere near edge of roof. An Airtasker installed replacement tiles yesterday but water still getting in

Looking for help with painting in 3 areas: 1) front fence repaint and touch up white pickets (white again) and paint grey pillars navy. Front fence is approx 12-15m long 2) paint gutters and any grey/green/red areas a consistent navy and 3) spray with paint side wood fence of house in full approx 25m. Does not need to include removal of garden vines as shown in picture if preferred. If interested please quote each of the 3 separately for info or which ones you are interested in. Gutter water redirection A solution is required for a section of guttering with an outlet but no down pipe . Gutters are in good condition . Roof is tin Currently the gutter has an open outlet which falls onto the lawn, creating a hole and washing out the soil. A. Easy option could be to have an elbow angle added to the outlet& water would fall on to paving B or to close off and the water flow to existing downpipe further along in the guttering Or C. a downpipe is required for a section of the guttering - Due date: Before Friday, 30 June 2023

Current carport roof material profile is Rib not corrugated. Older house carport roof 25 yrs old still in good condition 4 rib looks like profile I need a section, possibly not a whole panel removed and replace with an opaque Santhosh UV stable panel.
