We need someone to remove old flashing and sealants from around posts and along a 9 metre roof line that butts up to a patio. Reseal and new flashing and sealant around three posts. If you are a roofer, we would also talk further about a couple of other extra jobs but this is the main one we want done for now.We will provide the flashing and sealants.

Double story house. Can co-ordinate timing to have a ladder available if needed. Roof and gutters on three sides only (as this is a duplex home). Roof size is 7m across on the front and back, and 11m deep. Debris can be dropped down onto the ground below (and left for me to sort and dispose of). Prefer a clean to solar panels whilst up there too if this is needed.
