We currently have tthree additional Solar heating panels our roof that I would like to disconnect and move from their current position, while I get the roof repaired. Then have the three panels reconnectd in about 4 weeks time once the roof repair is finished. Happy to do as two seperate jobs, one now and one to reconnect after the roof repair. Straps over panels are screwed into tile, and need to be unscrewed to be released (cirlcled). Panels and piped circled in Blue need to be shifted while the roof repair takes place. Pool heating doesnt need to be run for this time, so doesnt need to be connected in the interim period. Easy direct access from bedroom window from which phot was taken. Thanks

The old facial boards in the pictures of my house need to be removed and replaced with the new one. There are three faces as you can see in the photo. The length is roughly (7m +7m) =14 m each face. Just need to give some more information about my house.!!! My house is a split level home, garage side is double story and other side is a single story Therefore you might need a scaffolding for double story side as it’s a bit too high from the ground. ( please see the pictures).

Three roof tiles have come away due to recent strong winds on our two-storey Tudor-style home. Unsure whether the tiles are simply displaced or broken. We have replacement tiles on hand if needed. Repair ceiling water leak in alfresco caused by gutter leak. The ware comes into the adjacent ceiling in alfresco. There are three such leaks in adjacent ceiling outside. The work involves seal the leak and repaint the affected area.

I’m looking for an experienced roofer or handyman to supply and replace four polycarbonate roofing sheets on my pergola (3meters from ground). The sheets have developed heavy mould and need full replacement. Details: Size of each sheet: 2800mm x 810mm. Preferred material: Bunnings - Suntuf Trimdeck 3m Clear Polycarbonate Roofing. You will need to supply all materials and tools, and complete the removal of old sheets and installation of new ones.

Hi there, I’m looking for an experienced and preferably licensed roofer to inspect and repair a suspected roof leak. We recently had the roof repainted, and it’s possible some tiles may have been moved or displaced during the job. Now we’re seeing visible water stains and mould on the ceiling . I need someone to clean this deck roof on the top and bottom (ceiling of deck awning that you see from underneath and the area you see from the top in these pics) and remove a few (6?) broken peices of tile (around golf ball sized pieces) sitting up there,to get the home ready for sale. Also want any visible dirty eaves high pressure cleaned. Being a flat roof, it requires blowing off some dead leaves that are visible, in addition to the gutters of the main home and the alfresco. As part of it, checking of gutter downpipe connection for water leaks should also be included. The roof plan area would be in the order of 10x10-100sqm.

Corner L piece to wall cladding came off after windy day, needs reinstalling by screwfixing and silicone sealing edges so its watertight. Screws need repainting to match wall. One corner only, is located on Level 1 so need to have ladder to be on roof. Corner then accessible via roof.

Install a new Gyprock roof in garage . Size of the garage is approximately 16.5 ft x 12.5 ft . Would need Gyprock, insulation and a light in middle of garage roof . Need the roof sanded and painted as well
