I picked up light gutter rash on my car wheel, would like to get it fixed.

build up of soil under the gutter guard need to flush with hose or lift to clean. very high roof approx 5m ? 1 hr need tall ladder or get on roof.

I recently added a pergola to the back of my barn. Unfortunately, the contractor did not do a good job, and I need some silicone added in parts to prevent water coming in. Also, the gutters slope the wrong way so need adjusting so they slope to the downpipes.

I will like servicing of a Gas Heater with a chimney and a cleaning of the flue. I will also like to investigate and fix a sudden rattling sound that occur after 5 to 10 minutes after the fire heater has started , especially when the chimney starts to warm up.

Corner L piece to wall cladding came off after windy day, needs reinstalling by screwfixing and silicone sealing edges so its watertight. Screws need repainting to match wall. One corner only, is located on Level 1 so need to have ladder to be on roof. Corner then accessible via roof.

Install a new Gyprock roof in garage . Size of the garage is approximately 16.5 ft x 12.5 ft . Would need Gyprock, insulation and a light in middle of garage roof . Need the roof sanded and painted as well
