Realign tiles to ensure proper overlap and appearance. I have additional tiles. o Ridge Capping Rebed and repoint all ridge caps using flexible, weather-resistant compounds. o Valley Replacement Remove rusted valley irons and install new pre-painted galvanised valley irons with correct turn-ups/turn-downs. Bedding or pointing within watercourses if required. o Battens & Flashings Inspect battens during works and replace any deteriorated sections. Check flashings and seal all penetrations. 2. Cleaning & Coating o High-pressure clean entire roof to remove dirt, moss, and lichen. o Apply 1x primer and 2x coats of roof membrane paint (I will choose colour) o Clear all gutters and downpipes after washing.

We have a share wall with neighbour and their gutter along it is sagging. The brackets always come off hook and pour rain water to our backyard. We'd like to fix the gutter maybe with additional brackets and make sure the water go to their own downpipe.

I have purchased a 4-pack security camera system which is wireless and has its own solar panels for each one. I need someone with long enough ladder to install these in 1 to 2 trees and eave locations around perimeter of my house so that I can get full view of what is happening around my place. I will handle the technical programming side of things. Just need someone handy to go up tall ladder, I have small electrician's style V ladder that is not tall enough for trees.

I’m looking for an experienced roofer or handyman to supply and replace four polycarbonate roofing sheets on my pergola (3meters from ground). The sheets have developed heavy mould and need full replacement. Details: Size of each sheet: 2800mm x 810mm. Preferred material: Bunnings - Suntuf Trimdeck 3m Clear Polycarbonate Roofing. You will need to supply all materials and tools, and complete the removal of old sheets and installation of new ones.
