Hi there, I have two specific leaks caused by the heavy rain yesterday and I’m looking for a professional roofer to fix them. Issue 1: Kitchen range hood leak - Water is dripping directly through the range hood inside the kitchen. This likely involves a leak around the roof vent or flashing. Issue 2: Pergola gutter leak - The guttering under/around the outdoor pergola is leaking/overflowing. It may need a repair, resealing, or a potential clearing if there’s a blockage. What I need: A thorough inspection of both areas. Repair/sealing to prevent future leaks. I have uploaded photos showing the exact locations of the drips. There is a leak in the colour bond roof, my guess it’s from a rust nail as roof is otherwise in great condition. Issue from inspection is the flashing

I'm looking for a roofer to carry out repairs to an older tiled roof at my property in mayfield. The roof has many broken tiles, rusted valley irons, a few broken ridge caps, dektites and flashing that needs replacement. As well as some fretting. I am in a Townhouse in Redfern. I have had issues with a leaking roof (80% repaired now) that has caused warping, splitting and mould in a section of the upstairs bathroom. It is about a 70cm section of roof that requires resecuring, restoring and replastering.

I have a leak in the roof of my 2 story house. I have identified the leaking spot from the roof cavity and it looks like it's coming from under a ridge cap. On the roof , the best I can tell is that the flexipoint has a hairline crack in it which may be the issue. Need help to fix See images
