Find a professional roller shutter repair in VIC

Electric roller shutter. Motor struggling to raise up shutter. I have removed the cover for inspection. No jam ups found. Shutter will raise up if assisted by lifting the weight of slats. Motor need replacement from the looks of it. Th window is around 2.6-2.8 meters wide. Install, supply all materials, and put up motor cover again.

Unfortunately Roller Shutter got jammed on the open window. Opened up. Then won't close anymore. Need fixed.

Window roller shutter repair. The current motorised window shutter is only opening partly when I turn the dial to "up". When I turn the dial to "down", it works properly and the shutter goes down and closes fully. Shutter going up is the problem - it starts going up but doesn't go up fully.

I have two manual winder operated window roller blinds that have both broken. One has seized up and the handle will not wind in either direction. The other one the shutters have disconnected. See photos attached. This is on the first story balcony of a Victroian terrace house. As both blinds are locked down, external access is required via a ladder from the front of the house. I either need to them repaired, or if this is too difficult or expensive, then I would like to have them both removed. This needs to be done by a professional and not a general handyman. Please provide details of your past experience in repairing manual roller blinds. I have set a notional budget of $750 but this is not a fixed priced job as it needs to be diagnosed first.
