We need our roller shutter curtain slats to be replaced - we need white coloured ones. There is a top floor one - and 2 on the middle level and 1 bay windows that needs replacing. We want white in colour for all of them.

Need fixed ASAP, one roller shutter mechanism on second floor balcony window. Old house in Northcote, all other shutters work. Has an electric switch inside the room. Have cleaned tracks, looked for jams and lubricated mechanism but doesn’t come down past 10cm and does not automatically go back up. On such a tight budget, will go with best offer. I have two manual winder operated window roller blinds that have both broken. One has seized up and the handle will not wind in either direction. The other one the shutters have disconnected. See photos attached. This is on the first story balcony of a Victroian terrace house. As both blinds are locked down, external access is required via a ladder from the front of the house. I either need to them repaired, or if this is too difficult or expensive, then I would like to have them both removed. This needs to be done by a professional and not a general handyman. Please provide details of your past experience in repairing manual roller blinds. I have set a notional budget of $750 but this is not a fixed priced job as it needs to be diagnosed first.
