Fix Roller Shutter - Can’t Close Anymore - It goes Up but doesn’t go down, wheel is stuck.

I have 8 manual roller shutters. They frequently get stuck while rolling down. Then I have to open the mechanism and untangle the wire. I need a GUARANTEED PERMANENT FIX for this problem.

This task involves 2 roller shutters at my property. Shutter A: needs to be completely removed, contains a motor and has been working fine with no issues but is no longer needed. Shutter B: is currently a manually operated shutter, i want to keep this shutter however i want to fit the motor from Shutter A. I have an electrician that can help wire up the electric switch for shutter B (it has already been removed from shutter A).

Hi there, I’ve got some old-school manual roller shutter blinds with the crank handles. A few of them aren’t working properly: Some shutters are stuck halfway and won’t go up or down. Others move but are very jittery when winding. One got jammed badly enough that I had to remove the front casing. I’m not sure if the issue is with the winding mechanism, the shutter tracks, or something else. I’m looking for someone experienced with roller shutters who can come have a look, diagnose the problem, and provide quotes for the repairs. Photos are attached for reference.
