I have a property in craigieburn which has around 7 roller shutters with some issues, they are all remote control, some of then dont do anything when u press the remote, some of then go up and then stops. I need someone to go pass and give me a quote to repair the rollers shutters so I can provide it to the landlord. I will pay for this quote vist

1 roller shutter stuck it won’t go up down

I have a motorized window roller shutter stuck in the fully closed position. It caught on an open window. The motor still runs and spins fine, but it’s not catching the slats to pull the shutter up (suspect broken hanger straps/springs inside the box). Need an experienced handyman or shutter specialist to open the headbox, replace whatever is broken/disconnected, and secure it back up. The headbox cover is currently riveted shut. Ground floor window with easy access from the outside. Flexible with timing over the weekend or next few days. The roller shutter from one of the windows is broken, it stopped halfway while shutting and the motor just kept going and the rest of the shutter just dropped to close. Now it remains totally closed and the motor just makes a sound when activated and stops after a certain time.
