All roller doors of the house work except one - light is on but control buttons do not work and the remote also doesn’t work for that specific roller door.

I am purchasing a shop, they say the roller shutters are in poor condition. I need a quote, in writing as it is a business not my home before I move forward with this purchase. I did put subject to finance clause and 90 day settlement. Help

I am having an issue with the roller shutter. The motor still sounds like it’s running when I press the switch. The light on the control/switch is on, so it seems like it’s still sending signals. However, the shutter itself won’t go up or down. It just stays in place. I am not sure if it’s stuck? The shutter doesn’t seem to be responding properly even though the motor appears to be active.
