There may be a piece missing so parts required. The roller shutter is connected to cable. Just needs to be put back into place. The wand is hexagon shape and I believe the part that connects to it may be missing.

Looking for an experienced handyman or blind/roller shutter technician to repair a roller shutter in my alfresco. The tenants on the property did not operate it correctly and it has snapped as per photo. Scope of work includes: Inspecting and straightening/re-aligning the vertical side tracking channels where the jam occurred. Re-threading the detached bottom rail back onto the aluminum shutter curtain. Checking the side alignment clips (V-clips) on the lower slats to ensure smooth, level tracking. Testing the operation to ensure it glides up and down without binding. Please see the attached photos showing the detached slat and the current state of the shutter.

Roller Shutter on back door not working. Motor appears to be functional but door is not closing or opening. The cover on the shutters are sealed with pop rivets. So I haven’t managed to get inside.

The roller shutter from one of the windows is broken, it stopped halfway while shutting and the motor just kept going and the rest of the shutter just dropped to close. Now it remains totally closed and the motor just makes a sound when activated and stops after a certain time.
