The 2 roller shutters on the windows require minor repair. The motor is working but the shutters are not rolling. The shutters are on ground floor, accessible by a small ladder.

The roller shutter from one of the windows is broken, it stopped halfway while shutting and the motor just kept going and the rest of the shutter just dropped to close. Now it remains totally closed and the motor just makes a sound when activated and stops after a certain time.
