All shutters are ~15 years old (blockout style) 1 shutter has old strap + coiler (both need replacing) 4 shutters have broken straps and missing coilers (straps were removed and wall patched during renovation) Coilers must be supplied and reinstalled (may involve cutting into plaster) All windows are at ground level.
