I need a quote for rendering inside walls of my Garage, here are the details: (Plain cement render) total 3 walls need to be rendered #2 walls : 2.4m Hight * 7.5 width, there are some screws on one of these walls that perhaps need to be either taken out or cut #1 wall: 2.4M Hight * 6m Width, on this wall there are two window frames (1.3M*0.9m) Photos are attached. let me know if any further details are required thanks Medi

Looking for someone experienced in render repairs to fix a small damaged section on an external corner of my house. The corner render has chipped off, exposing the corner bead/mesh underneath. The repair will need to: Remove any loose material Patch and blend the render Match the existing texture and paint colour as closely as possible See attached photo for the damage.

Exterior corner of house has developed a crack and separation near the eaves/fascia. Looking for someone to repair the damaged section. May involve render, timber trim, or fascia repair if possible please inspect and provide a quote. Thanks More details: A trim board/cover on the exterior corner of my house is missing(circled in red), leaving the edge of the eave/soffit exposed. The matching trim is still present on the adjacent side( circled in green). need the missing section supplied, installe. Please inspect the area and advise if any additional repairs are required. Also in the photo with a single red circle, I would like the crack to be patched. In the last photo the section marked in blue appears to allow water ingress during heavy rain. I’ve noticed water seeping through this area, which may have caused the discolouration in the area marked in red. The second last photo shows the same area (yellow section from the first photo), but taken from the first floor. In this section, there appears to be a gap in the blue area where water may be entering. Could you please also check this area and advise if it needs sealing (e.g. sealant or waterproofing), along with the other repairs? Thanks This is a 2 storey townhouse

Just demolished an outhouse and need rendering for a feature wall. The size is 2000mm wide x 3000mm high. The corner on the right will need a deeper fill and will most likely return around 100mm on the right hand side wall. Render just the minimum thickness required and a cement colour finish is adequate. Not too sure of tge cost, hence I've put a minimum of $10.00

Render work needed infront of the garage

I have a set of fleximount shelving that needs to be installed inside the garage. The garage walls are brick. The mounts need to be drilled into brick and not the mortar. Ive given up trying to get the holes to line up straight. There are approx 48 holes to drill.

Need crack in render repaired and sealed properly to prevent water entry. Need the repair to match rest of the wall so it’s not obvious. Please be clear on what will be undertaken as part of the job including whether painting is included or not. Crack is on the exterior wall located on the upstairs balcony.
