I am writing to seek repair assistance for my two-seater electric recliner chair. Recently, I encountered a troubling incident where the main power cable of the chair got stuck in the footrest, leading to a spark coming from under the chair. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the cable had been cut. In an attempt to address the issue, I took the necessary steps to repair the damaged cable. However, despite my efforts, the recliner chair does not work on either side after the repair.
