See images - solid mid century chair with one leg broken (fallen off). It may be possible to use strong glue and a clamp to repair, or I'm open to something more (e.g. using glue plus nails to reinforce). I'm more concerned about future stability than the aesthetics.

As the table is not needed, happy to have you cut the table up or take as is over the laneway wall. There is no access to the courtyard via the laneway so anything will need to go over the wall.
