Measurements: total fence width 3700mm; the tallest point from the ground is 2750mm. The gap between the stairs and fence to fit into is 110mm. Last picture is an AI mock-up with a rough idea what we’re after. I’ve based that on Merbau timber, but if you prefer another material please let me know. Need to install aluminium batten privacy screen in balcony of a newly build duplex ( both side ). Each side will have around 20-25 battens. The bottom part can be screwed to brick and top to frame. All battens are available at the site including accessories needed to install. Sample photo of balcony attached I have highlighted where i want the battens. I am putting 50$ as a nominal amount. Requesting a Quote. Tasks; 1. Install a frame to mount the privacy screens 90-100 cm away from back fence. This could include installing posts and horizontal planks. Length of the back fence is 15 m, Privacy screen can only cover 10 m as per council guidelines 2. Remove 15 half raft bamboo panels (1 m each) from the back fence and re-install them on the frame 3. Another section of a side fence (not the above back fence) is leaning and so needs reinforcement.

Fence panel replaced approx 3.1m and some privacy screens. For the grey section only.The posts are good just the panels are rusted and dont sit in the channels. For the privacy screens. There are 9 panels and just have to unscrew top and slide old lattice out and slide new privacy screen in then screw top back on. I'll get the materials from Dunn and farugia. I just need labour to do. You need to be experienced at doing fences.

Looking for a handyperson to supply and install privacy screens. To receive our full occupational certificate and as per compliance guidelines, we require privacy screens installed on our rear brick balcony.
