Hi there, My Canon Pixma G3610 printer only can print in yellow colour not black even the black ink is still full. When I press and hold the Stop button to trigger nozzle check or printhead cleaning, the warning triangle light does NOT flash, so I cannot run the maintenance function from the printer panel. It seems the printer is locked and cannot enter maintenance mode. I need you to: 1. Check the printer error status 2. Unlock the printer / enter service mode 3. Clean the printhead thoroughly to fix the no black colour issue. Please quote me only for labour and cleaning, if no parts need to be replaced and if there is a separate call-out fee. Thank you. Â
