I need to have my toilet seat replaced with a new one. The service required would include supplying a new toilet seat, installing it, and disposing of the old one. The price I offered is for the labor cost. I will additionally cover the actual cost of the new toilet seat.

Side access and the new patio needs storm water connections. We need some digging and connections to be done. Area is not big and there is existing downpipes around, so not too much of digging expected to find the underground stormwater pipe. First photo shows a future downpipe that will be installed by the patio builder. Only the stormwater pipe should be found at this stage. Later on a separate job will be the connection it to the drainage around the patio as well as to the future downpipe. Second photo is the drainage and the stormwater connection of it at the side access. Side access is around 2-3meters.
