Shower drain is blocked. Have tried several things but still blocked

We have some very old taps under the laundry sink which leak and are hard to adjust. They need fixing or replacing. We also are unable to tell which one is hot and which is cold so do not know if the washing machine hoses are connected to the correct tap / pipe etc. Looking for quotes please.

We have 2 gutter pipes that are just dropping water straight onto the ground, I would like to have IBC rainwater tanks there instead. Would prefer food grade ibcs and materials included, would need to set up an overflow to nearby garden beds as well.
