The water is dipping from the ceiling behind the cupboard in the kitchen on the ground floor. This happens only when having shower for longer time in the bathroom on first floor. The bathroom is on top of the leaking point. As the leaking point is behind the cupboard and have limit access, i cannot reach it but can only see a rough picture by using the mirror. From the mirror i can see a pvc pipe there on the ceiling. I can hear water is flowing in that pipe when having shower. Maybe leaking water is coming from there. We may need to disassemble the cupboard first to fix the leakage. As shown in the first photo, water is dipping into the place for microwave. Second photo is how the leaking point look like when looking up from the place for microwave

To install new toilet flush valve

Hi, My outdoor garden tap has come off while removing the hose. The pipe coming out of the brick wall is plain copper with NO thread (not male or female). It looks like the old tap was either soldered or connected via a compression fitting, and now there is just a smooth copper pipe exposed. What needs to be done: • Install a proper threaded adaptor / wall plate (female) onto the existing copper pipe (either soldered or compression – plumber to assess) • Reinstall a new garden tap (I already have the new tap) • Ensure everything is sealed properly and no leaks Important notes: • Water is currently turned off • No emergency / no major damage • Brick wall, outdoor access is easy
