3 story townhouse. House water pressure currently set to 400kpa (home filtration system) but when tap runs, pressure drops to less than 150kpa. Need to set it to maximum allowable pressure. Please don't accept of you cannot/will not adjust pressure restrictor.

Hello! I want to change my tap hardware. Two Taps and 2 shower to change. Would also appreciate a quick consult as to what shower heads to purchase prior.

I have a leaky tap in the garage, with both cold water and hot water valves contributing to the issue. Replacing the washers might fix this but there's a chance that the whole valve or other parts inside the valve needs replacing as I can see water leaking from the cold water valve when it is in the open position. Offers from qualified professionals will be prioritised.

My elderly in laws need a cistern removed and a new one installed. They’ve bought a cistern already. I did one in a different bathroom and it was straightforward. However the one in the other bathroom has two wing nuts rusted to the screws which is fixing the old cistern to the toilet base. I don’t have the tools to cut/force the nuts so am unable to remove the old cistern.

Upgrade swewer from 100mm to 160mm as per the attached. Design drawings complete and Engineer has been engaged. I will arrange access permits and approvals. I just need a licensed plumber and a form 4 on completion.
