Stove Top (cook top) Gas Burner in kitchen has 4 burners. - 1 x Burner lights and then goes out after a random period of time (generally 30-120 seconds). - 1 x Burner won't light at all without assistance from a lighter.

UPDATE: Body Corp has investigated the hot water system and it's fine, however in my unit the valve needs to be replaced. I have included an image showing the value located under the laundry basin controlling temperature for both showers. Please quote on replacement of this valve. Thank you To get the shower hot faster i have to turn on the basin tap the entire time the shower is running otherwise it takes so long to heat up. The pressure has decreased also compared to what it used to be. It's an apartment complex with 8 units.

3 story townhouse. House water pressure currently set to 400kpa (home filtration system) but when tap runs, pressure drops to less than 150kpa. Need to set it to maximum allowable pressure. Please don't accept of you cannot/will not adjust pressure restrictor.

I have a leaky tap in the garage, with both cold water and hot water valves contributing to the issue. Replacing the washers might fix this but there's a chance that the whole valve or other parts inside the valve needs replacing as I can see water leaking from the cold water valve when it is in the open position. Offers from qualified professionals will be prioritised.
