Can’t turn mains water off outside and need two mixer taps replaced and biday tap installed

Plumber to run a wire or such down the exterior sewerage pipe work as it is blocked lower down. The pipe runs down the outside of the house, it’s an old 100mm cast iron pipe. I put the hose down about 3-4m or so last night and wouldn’t go any further down, even with the hose on.

Install bidet spray in each of 3 toilets. I have the parts. Also need to secure the handpiece holder to the wall.

Fix up shower tap and connect new shower head

The drain of the shower is stuck. Water goes out very very slowly

Our hot water system has gone out, with no hot water at all. Gas is fine and water pressure is normal. I can't hear the unit turning on so I'm assuming it is broken. The unit is a Rinnai REU-VR2626wg Initial quote to check and then more than happy to pay for install + new unit. We have no hot water so tomorrow would be ideal!! I'm happy to either buy the unit myself or if you have an equivalent then you can add to the quoted price.
