Can’t turn mains water off outside and need two mixer taps replaced and biday tap installed

Plumber to run a wire or such down the exterior sewerage pipe work as it is blocked lower down. The pipe runs down the outside of the house, it’s an old 100mm cast iron pipe. I put the hose down about 3-4m or so last night and wouldn’t go any further down, even with the hose on.

Install bidet spray in each of 3 toilets. I have the parts. Also need to secure the handpiece holder to the wall.

Fix up shower tap and connect new shower head

The drain of the shower is stuck. Water goes out very very slowly

The people behind came to report water coming onto their property. In the back corner of my pool shed water is spraying up - it is coming from a split retic pipe. It is hard to get to because of its location.
