Kitchen tap and laundry tap just need to be tightened. They swivel in the fitting. Access for us to do this ourselves is difficult because of the sink being deep and in the way.

Replace bathroom vanity tap and mixers. Replace bath tap and mixers. Replace shower head and mixers. Not moving around plumming, just replacing old fixtures. All new fixtures already to go.

Need a downpipe fixed. Hopefully it just needs to be re-riveted but if a section of the pipe needs a section replaced, it must be replaced in the same colour pipe. Ideally this job requires a plumber with a large extension ladder.
