Cold Water leakage from kitchen tap

Multiple sources of leak on corner of bathroom floor when using shower and noisy bathroom exhaust fan that requires a fix

1) Split Cold Water Inlet Tap in laundry (for Washing Machine and Benchtop Dishwasher) - you will need to advise and purchase hardware 2)Replace Washing machine inlet hose (leaking) - already have purchased 3) Replace Shower Head in bathroom (have already purchased) including removing any flow restriction from the hardware. I understand this voids any guarantee! 4) Advise on why the bathroom sink is taking a long time to drain

Plumbing work in the house- 1. Loose taps including hand shower and bathtub. 2. Replace toilet seats (3) with new ones that have bidets, this requires water connection.

Need to put a new set of taps in the laundry, no plumbing required just changing to the new unit

Water is leaking from the cold tap flexi hose under the kitchen sink. Bath taps leaking. Also the laundry hot water tap appears to have a leak .

Remove the original ceramic cistern and replace with appropriate dual flush cistern. Have the new stylus dual flush cistern ready with parts to be installed. Possibility of future jobs replacing bathroom vanity and installing new hot water system. Ground floor rental unit.

The current cistern is plastic so I’m okay with a plastic replacement. Width is important because there is a wall beside the cistern. The current one is 44.5 cm across the top.

My toilet is a little old and need more human force to install the bidet on it
