Find an experienced plumber in Marangaroo

The toilet was removed for tiling. We have tried putting it back but are having issues with it leaking and running. We didn’t have any issues previously and toilet is relatively new.

The float seems to be loose somehow as the water just keeps filling into the toilet from the cistern (this has been happening for a while and we have just been turning the water off at the tap on the wall). But as of today, when we try to turn it off at the wall, the tap just keeps turning around and around and wont turn off at all.

We need 3 metal downpipes supplied and replaced they part of the pipe you can see is 2.3m and they are 75mm across

remove and replace the drain grate at the bottom of the driveway

Retic pipe is leaking with water bubbling up through soil in garden

Move the taps in laundry room, they are currently on the wall but we are looking for them to be installed to the new sink

Shower heads have come off and on the heading it needs some sort of fiiting to know how to assemble what and how

New tiles in bathroom and laundry floor and walls, install 2 new toilets and a new vainty cupboard. plus a shower screen. I have the new toilets and will purchase a vanity unit shortly.

Bosch Dishwasher: SMU40M05AU/01 My dishwasher recorded an E:15 error. I was able to find a little bit of water pooled at the bottom under the sensor and dried it all up and it was fine. Over a period of about 6 months the issue has reoccurred about 4 times. The last time I dried up water under the sensor it went 10 days before returning another E:15 error. Cold water copper pipe under kitchen sink has corroded at fitting and needs repair. Small leak. Could be soldered but also interested in cost to swap out for flexible metal pipe alternatives too.
