We encounter flooding to our basement during high volume rain events. We’ve been advised this is likely due to a lack of waterproofing to one of the retaining walls in the basement. Required: Fix to approx 2-4m wall and potential internal drainage solutions. Timing: We need this done by 30 June 2026 and by a certified and insured waterproofer.

Hi Have a small job for now. I need my fridge plumbed in. Decent access under the house and there appears to be a pipe directly under where the fridge is, likely previous owners had theirs plumbed in. So couple of bends and plumbing in. Second job, to extend external water tap pipe about 1 meter and bring up of ground. Currently just sitting above ground. Hoping to get this done asap, and would also suit apprentice plumber if they were confident to complete the job. Have just set a rate so someone can look at the job or provide hourly rates. Standard water heater , the temperature pressure relief valve drain line has a constant dribble, the easing lever has been operated as per manual, the water main to the house was turned off and the heater power disconnected, the leak stopped then it was turned back on both water and power. The drain line is leaking once again. Need to have the connection checked and maintained All functions of the water heater are working perfectly fine is just the leak. Please provide your quotes
