I contacted you on behalf of my son. Recently, his strata sent a plumber to investigate the above issues from his lot to downstairs lot. That plumber did a leak investigation, accessed from my son's lot and dye tested shower tray. Shower tray held test and installed ball in waste pipe of my son's lot shower. Filled up shower tray again and immediately red dye seeped into downstairs ceiling he reported. Connection between copper and plastic failed inside concrete slab. We would like to know this part should be under common property? Why the strata send this part of bill to my son? Downstairs lot said the pipe noise. That plumber requested us to stop the pipe noise should do the following matters. We just want to clarify that is true or not? All taps need servicing and washers replaced Water reducing filter to be installed in spout and shower head Basin and kitchen taps were not as noisy just needed pressure reduced We would like you give us a quote. Do you have a free quote? We would like to confirm with your licence as well. I read a lot of reviews from your previous customers via Airtasker. Hope you can help us. The flush button on my toilet is not working. After opening the water tank, I noticed that a plastic component inside is broken, and a large nut beneath the button has fallen off. I had to manually fish it out of the water tank. The horizontal lever within the plastic system is loose and not moving up and down normally. Currently, the only way to flush the toilet is by manually lifting up a horizontal bar with the lid off. If you have experience with toilet repairs and can provide a reliable fix, please respond to this task. Looking for a skilled plumber to fix it this week.
